Acceptable use and seller responsibilities
Rules for lawful shops, truthful listings and safe use of the service.
1. Lawful and truthful trade
Sell only goods or services you may lawfully supply to the intended customer and destination. Hold required licences and permissions. Keep prices, stock, descriptions, product images, delivery claims, business identity and customer policies accurate. Do not fabricate reviews, endorsements, sales history or government or partner approval.
2. Prohibited misuse
Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, scams, unlawful goods, exploitation, illegal sexual material, threats, malicious software, credential theft or deliberate interference with another person's account or shop. Do not upload material that infringes another person's rights or disclose personal information without authority.
Do not bypass ownership controls, payment gates, rate limits or safety checks. Do not use shop pages to distribute executable attacks, deceptive redirects or content unrelated to the legitimate shop in order to manipulate search rankings.
3. Restricted products
Legal availability does not automatically mean a payment or hosting provider supports a product category. The seller must comply with applicable law and the terms of its connected payment service. CartArchitect may refuse or remove products that are unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, or prohibited by an essential service provider.
4. Customer care and marketing
Provide customers with a genuine seller contact, delivery information and lawful returns arrangements. Use customer information only with the permissions and legal basis required for the intended purpose. A purchase does not create unlimited permission to send unrelated marketing.
5. Reporting and proportionate enforcement
Reports should identify the shop, relevant page, the issue and supporting information without exposing passwords, card details or unnecessary personal material. Send reports to Info@creeleydigital.com.au. CartArchitect will investigate, take proportionate action, preserve relevant records where appropriate, and provide a review path where practicable.
