Complaints, reports and notices

A clear route for service issues, privacy concerns, unsafe content and disputed decisions.

Effective 21 September 2026

CartArchitect is operated by Creeley Digital Systems (ABN 59 135 305 460). For support, privacy enquiries or complaints, email Info@creeleydigital.com.au, call 1300 386 247 or write to PO Box 357, Narellan NSW 2567. These terms apply to CartArchitect accounts and any Creative AI Build purchased on or after 21 September 2026. Live shopper payments and paid hosting remain unavailable unless CartArchitect clearly activates them in the relevant checkout. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law rights.

1. Choose the right issue

Contact the seller for a product order, delivery or product refund. Contact Creeley Digital Systems, operating CartArchitect, for platform billing, account access, an AI-build problem, a privacy concern or suspected platform misuse. For support, privacy enquiries or complaints, email Info@creeleydigital.com.au, call 1300 386 247 or write to PO Box 357, Narellan NSW 2567.

2. What to include

Provide the relevant shop or account reference, page address, a short description, relevant dates and the outcome sought. Do not send passwords, API keys, complete card details or unnecessary identity documents. Where evidence is sensitive, request an appropriate secure channel first.

3. Handling and review

The intended process is to acknowledge the issue, assess its urgency, investigate relevant records, explain the outcome and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond. Service response times, escalation ownership and the review process must be approved and resourced before any response-time guarantee is advertised.

4. Urgent harm and unlawful material

For an immediate threat to a person's safety, contact the appropriate emergency service. A platform report is not an emergency response service. Reports of suspected unlawful or harmful material should identify the location and concern without copying or redistributing unlawful content.

5. External rights and authorities

Using an internal complaint process does not remove rights to seek advice or use an applicable regulator, dispute body, court or tribunal. The ACCC provides consumer-law information but does not resolve individual disputes. Where applicable, privacy concerns may be taken to the OAIC after the appropriate initial complaint process.
